Orlando International Airport Job Fair Connected Potential Employees, Businesses

ORLANDO, FL. – Approximately 300 people registered to attend a job fair at Orlando International Airport today (Tuesday, August 17) as Florida’s busiest airport and supporting businesses continue recruiting to fill vacant, critical positions.

The job fair, the second one hosted by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) this year, included representatives from approximately 50 airport community businesses. In total, those companies represent 1,700 openings across a variety of areas including food and beverage, retail, airline services, security and cleaning.

GOAA leaders were happy to once again support those business by organizing the job fair at the Intermodal Terminal Facility knowing the success of those companies means an elevated customer experience for the traveling public.

“The passenger experience starts well before they board their plane,” said Brian Engle, Director of Customer Experience for GOAA. “It’s important for our airport to be fully staffed so we’re able to ensure guest satisfaction and make travelers want to come back again and again.”
